| Noman Husain Noman is a seasoned change leader specializing in Lean Six Sigma Deployment, Quality Management and Organizational Development. He has successfully helped companies develop Lean Six Sigma implementation strategy, define required systems, formulate deployment plans, and lead execution to achieve outstanding results in both manufacturing and transactional space. Prior to forming Leading Edge Operations Excellence, Noman was an integral member of Chrysler LLC's Process Improvement team where he was responsible for developing and implementing Lean systems utilizing Kaizen, VSM and Six Sigma tools in new product launch process involving diverse product lines across 5 assembly plants. Prior to that, Noman positions of increasing responsibility in Design Engineering, Quality Management and Operations Leadership at Takata and Chrysler. Noman is a master facilitator and his experience includes Lean Production, Hoshin Planning, End to End Value Stream Analysis, Executive Coaching, Organizational Champion and Belt Development, Training Development and Execution, Kaizen Events Planning and Execution, and Lean Learning Center Development. He is a certified Black Belt and a Shainin Top 5 Manager. |

| Raja Sodhi Raja Sodhi is an entrepreneur and business executive with global experience in Fortune 200 as well as privately held companies. Raja has a solid leadership track record in business turnaround, operations excellence, general management and strategic planning. He has an MBA degree from Minnesota State University, and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt. Raja was most recently Managing Director of Eurac Ltd., a $120M privately-held automotive business based in the U.K. where he ran the group's two foundries and three machining plants in the U.K., Germany and Czech Republic with full P&L responsibility. There, Raja successfully led a turnaround of the group, achieving significant improvement in top and bottom line factors as well as considerable advancement in quality and productivity. Prior to that, Raja was General Manager for TRW Automotive's North American Service Parts Division with oversight of an annual operating budget of $180 million. Raja was instrumental in the division's achieving superior performance in quality, customer service, safety, revenue growth and financial results. As the Lead Black Belt and Best Practices Director at TRW, Raja successively led an enterprise-wide initiative for operations excellence and business process reengineering. |
